CRMA's purpose is to facilitate professional development and training opportunities for member magazines and opportunities to exchange information and ideas. The Association seeks to encourage high editorial and journalistic standards and to compile industry research and data for the membership. City and regional magazines are promoted as a major media market. CRMA represents member magazines on major national and regional policy issues (legal journalistic, commercial, and political), as well as furthers the interests of the membership.
During an age in which endless information is readily available at consumers’ fingertips, it is more important than ever to highlight your brand’s value – even in the eyes of the affluent. According to a recent study by Unity Marketing, about 75% of wealthy consumers plan to make apparel purchases in the next year. However, the way they evaluate their purchases may surprise you.
The most-noted ads in last year's tablet editions didn't need all the bells and whistles.
If you type “businesswoman” into Getty’s search engine, you’re overwhelmed with questionable results: a businesswoman crawling on all fours, and not because she lost something under her desk; a young, attractive secretary giving a head massage to her boss; a secretary with an open shirt holding her glasses, sans bra; and yet another young professional sucking a lollipop while she leans over a young man’s desk.
Consumers use both apps and mobile websites to shop, but more find using the mobile browser to be convenient.
Yahoo, the Web portal that rose prominence in part by selling banner ads, is looking to move away from the very format it inflicted on the world as it continues to adapt to the mobile age.
Digital ad spend up 85% from 3 years ago. Makes sense. An Interactive Advertising Bureau report noted that car buyers were 71 percent more likely to be influenced by digital ads compared to other consumers.
