RESPONSIBILITIES:

The .NET Developer is responsible for .NET website assignments: developing, testing, documenting and delivering quality solutions. Industry best practices and development methods will be utilized to ensure the success of the projects. This developer will create web applications from the requirements stage through production and deployment.

Key attributes and competencies: flexibility, adaptability, quick learner with various technical environments, quality work on tight deadlines, creativity, patience, attention to detail and communication. This position reports directly to the Lead Developer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4 years as a .NET developer required
  • BS/BA degree in computer science or related field required
  • Strong ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web Forms experience
  • Strong understanding of clean and clear data modeling and business logic
  • Experience with ORMs and LINQ
  • Experience with RESTful integration technologies
  • Experience with various .NET content management systems
  • Progress Sitefinity CMS experience is a big plus
  • Ability to unit test functionality with quality unit tests
  • Knowledge of popular front end technologies like HTML/CSS,

The Digital Marketing Strategist role takes the lead in helping our clients achieve their organization’s digital objectives. The Digital Marketing Strategist will conduct a full discovery of the client needs, competitive situation and business objectives. From there, the digital strategist works closely with our account, design and development teams to craft each client’s unique digital strategy. This strategy guides the scope, budget and timing of actionable projects.   

The Digital Marketing Strategist is a senior position on the REI leadership team.

  • Conduct initial research and write prospect proposals
  • Participate in formal client presentations

Manages the art department while working collaboratively with the rest of the staff at Gulfshore Life in Naples, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage and schedule all production aspects for magazine and tabloid publishing, working with editorial, sales and art departments, and press facilities.  Direct a team of graphic and production employees to deliver publications, promotional and event related materials, and client advertising in a timely fashion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working knowledge of PDF workflow and environment including pre-flight tools such as Pitstop Pro. Working knowledge of font management utilities and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent knowledge and work experience with the entire Adobe Creative Suite library of software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Bridge.
  • Excellent understanding of web offset printing. Ability to coordinate with the press on color specifications, print deadlines, and any printing needs including general printed materials. Solicit quotes for special print projects.
  • General understanding of layout and mapping a publication to integrate Advertising and Editorial content in a manner that satisfies the requirements of both as well as efficient paper usage. 
  • Prepares magazine pages for web offset printing and various digital editions using a PDF production workflow. Ability to analyze pages to ensure they meet press specifications. Monitor proofs and production workflow.
  • Manage all publications and related materials on a cost control basis by obtaining regular competitive bids for external suppliers including printers, paper merchants and other production suppliers.
  • Oversee and participate in the graphic design of print and digital advertising, promotional and event related materials and custom publications.
  • Special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with emphases on commercial art, computer graphic design; or three to five years of offset printing and/or digital imaging art department experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong skills in work planning, color separation, digital proofing, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, layout, and print specifications.
