Ohio Magazine, a publication of Great Lakes Publishing, seeks an Advertising Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide a point of contact for advertising information with the magazine and custom publications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter advertising contracts into sales management system
  • Contact advertisers for artwork via email and phone
  • Prepare sales solicitation mailings and emails
  • Provide administrative support for Advertising Sales and Custom Media team
  • Coordinate advertising billing with accounting department
  • Attend sales meeting and be an active contributor to the sales team
  • Participate in sales training

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect for advertising and contract communication services for custom publishing and related Internet products.
  • Attend community events and network.
