Instructions on how to Update Your Publication’s Directory Listing
Each CRMA member publication is listed in the on-line directory which you will find in the left-hand menu bar. We have set up a process for you to be able to directly update your Directory listings. Only one person from each publication may “claim” or “own” that publication’s listing. It is our intent that the publisher of the member magazine will sign up and “own” that listing and thus be able to change it or update it on demand without going thru the webmaster or any other process.
Steps to follow to claim ownership of your publication’s listing:
- Go to the Member Directory and find the listing for your publication. Click on your publication’s name to go to the full listing.
- Find and click on the link: “Is this your company? Update or enhance your listings.”
- Find and click on the link: “Add to Cart”
- Find and click on the link: “Create an account”
- Complete the required fields under Account Information, Listing Information and Additional Information. The Account Information is the sign-on or ownership information….use care, as the email address and password are what you will later need to re-access your listing. The Listing Information is the basic contact information for your publication that will appear in the summary portion of the Directory and the Additional Information section is what will appear for your publication in the detailed portion of the Directory.
- At the bottom of the above information page, you need to okay the Terms and Conditions and then click on “Place Order”.
- A dialogue box will appear telling you that the CRMA Moderator must approve the listing and any changes. The CRMA staff will sign off on the listing and will send you an email confirmation.
- At any time that you need to make changes to your listing or want to upload a new media kit, as the “owner” of the listing you need only follow steps 1 thru 4 above, but at step 4 you sign in as an Existing customer, using the same email address and password as you used when you “claimed” the listing. Then you make your changes.
