PUBLICATIONS DISPLAY
As always, the Publication Display will be a popular attraction this year. Members are encouraged to ship 100-120 copies of your magazine to be displayed. There are handling fees that are associated with the number of boxes received and delivered for the magazine display. To reduce the fees incurred by the Association for the Magazine Display, the process for shipping magazines will be different this year. You may ship copies of your magazine at any time from now until the meeting, BUT for the association to cover the costs of receiving and delivering the boxes to the display area, they must be received at the following address no later than May 26, 2008. If your copies can not arrive at the following address before May 26, 2008, please ship them addressed to yourself at the Peabody Hotel. The hotel may charge you a fee for each box delivered. Do not ship your magazine display boxes to the hotel unless you address them to a member of your staff.
Please address your shipment as follows and make sure it arrives prior to May 26, 2008:
Your Magazine Name/CRMA

*Please be sure you ship your magazines in such a way that you can track them and be sure that you have the tracking information with you when you arrive in Memphis. It will also help if the name of your magazine is on the outside of the box (instead of your printer's name.)
