Welcome to Memphis and the 2008 CRMA Conference

City and regional magazine professionals from throughout North America will be meeting in Memphis, TN for three days of educational sessions. You'll have an opportunity at the conference and trade show to meet face to face with the professionals you need to reach to market your products and services.

Each year, CRMA's Annual Conference and Editorial Awards Program attracts magazine professionals from throughout North America. CRMA represents 94 City and Regional Magazines published in most of the major markets in the US, as well as Canada and Mexico. Key decision-makers from member and non-member magazines participate in the Conference and Awards Program. This promises to be an outstanding opportunity for vendors and suppliers to provide information about products and services for the magazine industry.

Publishers, editors, design and production managers, advertising sales professionals, marketers, circulation managers and administrators will be attending this conference. These professionals will be attending from throughout North America with heavy representation from the Eastern and Central States.

There's not a greater opportunity to meet directly with decision makers and these potential customers than at the CRMA Annual Conference.

OFFICAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR: Hicks Convention Services, 935 Rayner St, Memphis, TN 38114 is the official service contractor for the Symposium. Forms are available here to download for ordering additional furniture as well as shipping information through Hicks Convention Services. BOOTH FURNISHINGS AND SERVICES: Each exhibit area is 8’x10’. Included for each booth is the following:

                         8’ high backdrape,

                         3’ high sidedrape,

                         1-6' skirted table

                         2-side chairs

                         1-Identification sign containing the exhibitor’s name.

                          1-wastebasket

The exhibit area within the Peabody Memphis is carpeted.

SHIPPING MATERIALS: Exhibitor materials/displays should be shipped to the Official Service Contractor as outlined in the instructions in the Exhibitor Service materials. Fees associated with shipment and movement of freight is the sole responsibility of each exhibitor. The Peabody Memphis will refer any shipments of exhibit material to the Official Service Contractor and associated fees will be the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
